Please keep my cell number with your contacts, so that where ever you are, (home, work, stuck in traffic, store, etc., you will be able to get a hold of me to let me know that you are o.k., and will be late dropping off, or picking up, your child.
If you are planning on picking up your child early, or late bringing your child, PLEASE text me so that I can expect your arrival. There has been many times we are in the school room and can not hear knocking at the door. I lock my doors, as soon as all the kids arrive, so there is no way in, unless I let you in.
I would also appreciate a text, letting me know if your child will be absent that day.
If by any reason, I am not able to teach that day, due to sickness or emergency etc., I will post a sign on the gate that you enter through. This has never happened, but never say never, right? :}
